Bolo is a digital service that turns your Gujarati script into a finished video. This policy explains how our plans, cancellations, and refunds work.
Our plans
The Free plan is ₹0 and needs no payment. Paid plans are Creator (₹399 / month) and Pro (₹899 / month). Each paid plan is a one-time payment that keeps your plan active for 30 days. Plans do not auto-renew — you are only charged when you choose to upgrade.
Cancellation
Because payments are one-time and do not renew automatically, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Your plan simply returns to Free at the end of the 30-day period unless you choose to pay again. You can stop using a paid plan at any time.
Refunds
Bolo delivers digital videos instantly, so payments are generally non-refundable once you have started generating videos on a paid plan. We will, however, issue a full or partial refund in these cases: you were charged in error, you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or the service could not be delivered due to a technical fault on our side. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (card, UPI, or netbanking) within 5–7 business days. We will confirm by email once the refund is initiated.
