By using Bolo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be able to enter into a contract to use Bolo.
Acceptable use
You may only upload voice clips of yourself or of someone who has given you explicit permission. Do not use Bolo to impersonate others, or to create misleading, unlawful, hateful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Content ownership
You own the scripts and clips you upload and the videos you generate. You grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service. Stock and AI-generated B-roll may carry the licensing terms of their sources.
Plans, limits & billing
Paid plans include a monthly video allowance. A video counts toward your allowance when it triggers new generation; re-generating the same script is free. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Service "as is"
Bolo is provided as-is. We work hard on quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.
